The Peak Program
Advance your career — and your pay.
Achieve, develop, and progress in your career with Perkins Country Manor.
Through the Perkins Country Manor Peak Program, you can set expectations for your growth. As you achieve new levels of success within the program, you increase your knowledge and your paycheck.
To be eligible, you must be:
- Employed as a full-time or part-time team member for at least 60 days
- Current with all required training and education
- In good standing, with no disciplinary counseling above a verbal level within the past 6 months
Step 1: Letter of Intent
Complete a Letter of Intent through Relias to get the process started. Applications are reviewed weekly and may take up to 7 days to process. Submitting a Letter of Intent does not guarantee acceptance in the program.
Step 2: Get Endorsed
A member of the Peak Program admin team will review your application. If approved, the Peak Program Champion or Administrator will notify you of your acceptance and complete your eligibility endorsement.
Step 3: Learn
Once your enrollment is approved, sign in to Relias and begin completing your Peak modules. Not all modules are available at once — every two weeks, additional parts of the program unlock until all requirements are achieved.
Step 4: Demonstrate Your Skills
Discussing and demonstrating what you’ve learned is an important part of the program. Your Guide will meet with you after each level to discuss the material and, depending on your track, may ask you to demonstrate your skills.
Step 5: Earn
After completing a Peak Program level, you’ll receive a wage increase effective the first day of the pay period following completion. Please allow 1–2 pay periods for the increase to appear; any retro pay due is included in the first check at your new wage.
Step 6: Continue Your Ascent
Learning never ends. Challenge yourself to continue to the next Peak Program level and earn more rewards.
